Silverheels is an American cruising sailboat, a Pearson 424
ketch upgraded and skippered by Tor Pinney. The
purpose of this web site is to introduce you to this
good old boat and her captain, and to share some of our travels and
adventures. After
a challenging, educational and gratifying
3-year refit in a magical boat yard on the St. John's
River (northeast Florida), Silverheels and I set sail
in search of fun,
adventure, nature, exploration, music, presence,
growth, peace, love & joyfulness. Have found
about 7½ out of 10 so far, but it ain't over 'til the fat
lady sings.
